
Simplehuman has a really interesting post about all the Fast Food that is high and low in calories. What's interesting is that Subway isn't that great - and we think perhaps the Subway guy could have lost weight just eating quarter pounders. Mayb not though - the chart doesn't take into account FAT and FIBER. Still - a good reference.
