There is a new acronym in the world of fast food. KFC once stood for Kentucky Fried Chicken, but now it stands Kan't get Fat on Chicken.

Wendy's Chicken BLT salad with honey mustard dressing has 660 calories and 54.5 grams of fat. Boston Market's Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad has 710 calories and 50 grams of fat.
