McDonald's Restaurants of Hawaii will roll out yet another new breakfast offering for the islands this week: Spam McGriddles.
The McGriddles line consists of egg-and-cheese sandwiches with griddle cakes substituted for bread; the new menu item adds Spam in the middle instead of sausage or bacon.
